Situated 100 metres from the sea front and opposite Paignton's lovely Victoria Park, a short stroll through which will see you in Paignton town centre. The Park has a children's play area with swings, climbing frames, and a small stream with two duck ponds and several large grassed areas.

The "Best Room in the House" has views of the sea and over the Park. TV's in all rooms. Courtesy tea & coffee, hairdryer, clockradio etc. Own front door keys.
